Our platform allows users to search, browse, and book accommodations that offer dietary-specific meal options including but not limited to: gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, dairy-free, halal, kosher, organic, low-sodium, and keto options.

Users with severe allergies or medical dietary restrictions should always verify dietary accommodations directly with the property before and during their stay. Fortune Mary shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from dietary information provided on the platform.

Accommodation partners listing on Fortune Mary agree to accurately represent their dietary capabilities, maintain food safety standards, communicate any changes in dietary offerings promptly, and respond to booking requests in a timely manner.

• Do not submit fraudulent bookings
• Respect accommodation staff and other guests
• Do not misuse the platform for non-travel purposes
• Report any safety concerns or dietary misrepresentations

All content on the Fortune Mary platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Fortune Mary or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. User-generated content (reviews, photos) remains the property of the user but grants Fortune Mary a license to display and use it on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fortune Mary acts as a platform connecting travelers and accommodations. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or accuracy of services provided by accommodation partners. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our platform services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
